Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to teach secondary-level students under the CBSE and ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in accordance with CBSE and ICSE syllabi.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, including experiments, demonstrations, and technology-based learning tools.
  • Conduct and supervise practical experiments in the laboratory, ensuring safety and proper usage of equipment.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare students for board exams by conducting regular revision sessions and mock tests.
  • Foster a positive and interactive learning environment to encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom discipline.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and engage in professional development activities.
  • Communicate with parents regarding student progress and academic concerns when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Ed. and M.Sc./B.Sc. in Physics or a related field (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE school.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of CBSE and ICSE curriculum.
    • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
    • Ability to make Physics engaging through practical applications and real-world examples.
    • Proficiency in online teaching tools, smart classrooms, and digital learning resources.
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling board exam preparations.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching techniques, including STEM-based learning.
  • Ability to integrate technology, simulations, and experiments in teaching.

Job Description:

     Job Title: Primary English Teacher & Middle School English Teacher
     Location: Bannerghatta, Bengaluru

Key Accountabilities/Activities:
 
  • To be effectively prepared for each lesson plan i.e. read plans, attend curriculum related workshops and seek clarification, if necessary.
  • Be aware of the objectives in the lesson plan and introduces accordingly.
  • Be logical and clear in presentation of the introduction of lesson plan.
  • Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, resources, activities, assignments listed in the lesson plan.
  • Integrates information from other areas within and outside the lesson plan and gives relevant examples, metaphors and analogies, use of creativity, humor and imagination to establish connections with students previous learning.
  • Use of effective voice intonation to communicate and instructs using correct and appropriate language and grammar.
  • Maintain eye contact and moves around the class with ease and interacts with students.
  • Classroom arrangement should be appropriate to lesson plan goals. planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes including putting up displays in the classroom
  • Translate lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time.
