Full Job Description:

Goldenbee Global School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead our esteemed institution at the HSR Layout campus. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to foster a positive and dynamic learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilites:

Provide visionary leadership and direction to the school, ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence.
Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and programs to promote the educational development of students.
Oversee the daily operations of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, and student discipline.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture that promotes student engagement and well-being.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the community to enhance the educational experience and address any concerns.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
Lead professional development initiatives for staff to enhance their teaching skills and career growth.
Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress, implementing interventions when necessary.
Represent the school in various forums, including meetings, conferences, and public events.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Proven experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role in an educational institution.
Strong understanding of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
Proficiency in using educational technology and administrative software.
