An Post-School Programme of Its Own
Post School Activities are structured, one-hour after-school classes held once the school day ends and led by qualified trainers — so sport, the arts and skill-building in Bangalore get dedicated time of their own rather than competing with academics. They give kids an organic space to deepen an interest, discover a new passion, and build teamwork and friendships beyond the classroom.
Sports Classes
Trainer-led sports training delivered through six one-hour sessions each week, with coached progression and inter-house and inter-school competition built in.
Basketball
Coached basketball classes for kids - ball-handling, shooting form and match play.
Skating
Trainer-led skating classes building balance, speed and confidence on wheels.
Football
Structured football classes for kids - drills, match play and team skills
Cricket
Coached cricket classes - batting, bowling and fielding, with match play.
Swimming
Trainer-led swimming classes building technique, stamina and water confidence.
Judo
Structured judo classes building discipline, technique and self-defence skills.
Gymnastics
Coached gymnastics classes building flexibility, strength and body control.
Performing Arts Classes
Structured performing-arts classes for kids through dedicated post-school sessions, with regular performance opportunities that build confidence, expression and discipline in equal measure.
Vocal & Instrumental Music
Structured training in vocal and instrumental music, with regular performance opportunities.
Dance
Trainer-led dance sessions that build rhythm, expression and stage confidence.
Speech & Drama
Speech and drama that develop articulation, poise and the courage to perform.
