Event Rules

  • Event Date: Dec - 7,2024
  • Entry Deadline: Dec - 5, 2024

» Time: Registration 8:00 AM, Warm up: 8:30 AM

» All team should report 30mins prior to the Swimming Competition

» Official’s decision will be the last and final decision

» Competition will be held on TIME TRIAL basis

» Only team coach and assistant coach can accompany the team.

» Spot entries will not be entertained

» Kindly send your entries well in time to make the competition a grand success

» Entry Fee Rs.150/- per Individual and Per event.

» Per category 4 students can enroll from each school in their age group, 2 Boys and 2 girls separate ( Example : If free style 2 boys and 2 girls can participate in each category)

» Last date for sending the entries should be on or before 5th December 2024. Kindly send your entries in the format as per the enclosed entry form

» Late entries and wrong entries will not be considered

» In the case of participants being absent for the competition no replacement will be accepted in the last moment

» Late entries and wrong entries will not be considered

» Age proof (Date of birth certificate copy or Aadhar card) of the participants is compulsory without which the participant/school will be withheld from the competition

» Any protest, if at all lodged must be done through the accredited sports in charge/coach of the team within half an hour of the conclusion of the event along with protest fee of Rs 1500/-. The protest must be handed over to the organizing secretary
