That’s why we have a carefully constructed approach to child care and education for grades 1-4 that emphasizes building on a learning curve, introducing a foundation course, and building academic challenges to prepare our students for the next levels.

The Process of Inducting into our Personal Learning Centre

Prospective students looking to join Goldenbee for grades Playschool through Sr. KG, must first undergo an informal interaction with the school’s Admission (RE) team. This interaction is designed to assess the student’s prerequisite skills necessary for academic learning in their desired grade and to identify any students with Special Learning Needs. During the interaction, the RE Cell/Grade Coordinator will administer a checklist to evaluate the student’s capabilities in accordance with Goldenbee’s expectations.

Similarly, for students looking to join Grades 1 through 10, a competency test is conducted by the RE Cell, which is then corrected by either the respective Grade Coordinator or the RE Cell. The purpose of this test is to determine the student’s aptitude and proficiency in the subject matter, as well as to evaluate their overall readiness for the grade level.

At Goldenbee, we take great care in evaluating and selecting our students, ensuring that they are best suited to thrive in their academic pursuits. Prospective students looking to join Goldenbee for grades Playschool through Sr. KG, must first undergo an informal interaction with the school’s Admission (RE) team. This interaction is designed to assess the student’s prerequisite skills necessary for academic learning in their desired grade and to identify any students with Special Learning Needs. During the interaction, the RE Cell/Grade Coordinator will administer a checklist to evaluate the student’s capabilities in accordance with Goldenbee’s expectations.

Similarly, for students looking to join Grades 1 through 10, a competency test is conducted by the RE Cell, which is then corrected by either the respective Grade Coordinator or the RE Cell. The purpose of this test is to determine the student’s aptitude and proficiency in the subject matter, as well as to evaluate their overall readiness for the grade level.

Dr. Anitha Jeyaraj is an accomplished educator and school leader with over 27 years of experience in K–12 education. She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the Regional Institute of Education, Ajmer, a Bachelor’s in Education, an MBA in Leadership, and a Doctorate in Counselling. She has completed for school leaders conducted by The Teachers Training Foundation, Bangalore, and is a CBSE Nodal Suprendendant   . Dr. Anitha has served in leadership role over 15 years in leading cbse and ICSE schools across India .where she has contributed to curriculum design, digital learning integration, and holistic student development.

A mentor to over 800 teachers, Dr. Anitha continues to train educators and research modern pedagogical techniques. She has been recognized with numerous accolades, including Best Principal of Bangalore District (2023), Principal Par Excellence by IIHM (2024), Best Leadership Award by EdTech (2024), and Exemplary Women in Education Award (2025). Her focus is on creating inclusive, stimulating learning environments that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student has the opportunity to engage, excel, and thrive.
